Do we have to sign a contract?
Our $10 per user per month pricing is based on a one year contract.
If you need to add additional users at any point prior to renewal, we will update the contract to increase the number of users at the same $10 per user per month rate for the remainder of the current contract length.
Are volume discounts available?
Volume discounts are available for teams with more than 2,000 users.
What if we don’t use SAML or OAuth for our single sign-on (SSO) service? How does Loop integrate with our SSO?
Loop is built and supported by Maestro, a design and technology company with full custom software capabilities. For customers who need integration with a different SSO service, we can provide an estimate.
How do we connect an HR roster to Loop?
After a brief discovery call to understand more about your desired roster configuration, we can provide an estimate. Cost typically ranges from $2,000 – $3,000.
What if we want to train our users on how to use Loop beyond what’s provided in the standard built-in training content?
The built-in training content for admins, managers, and users is fully comprehensive and details each area of Loop to the fullest extent. If you feel that your team requires in-person training and guidance as they adopt Loop, it can be provided at a cost of $2,500 per trainer per day.
What does troubleshooting cost?
As part of your Loop subscription, you have the support of your Customer Success Manager who knows the ins and outs of Loop. They are here to ensure that you and your team get the most out of Loop.
Loop has been rigorously QA’d by our team and put through its paces by thousands of users and countless SCORM-compliant content uploads. But if you do encounter anything that requires troubleshooting or support, your Customer Success Manager is available to provide assistance or to diagnose any issues.

Every single one of Loop’s features has been carefully analyzed, curated, and designed to create the seamless and intuitive user experience that you see today. That’s because, in our experience and the experiences of our clients, we know that more features don’t always produce better learning outcomes.
